As President / CEO of Forward Solutions, Joe brings over 30 years of industry experience helping manufacturer partners, distributor customers, and end users achieve sustainable growth. With his leadership across all divisions, he provides a clear vision in establishing a culture of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, perseverance, and teamwork geared to deliver the highest level of customer value.

Tony Lasita Chief Administration and Integration Officer

Tony’s impressive career spans over 30 years in the manufacturing, service, and sales industry. Notably, he played a pivotal role in seamlessly integrating 18 companies that now form Forward Solutions. Tony's commitment to integrating employee perspectives and corporate goals has been instrumental in inspiring ownership, enhancing outcomes, and driving overall employee satisfaction. In his role as the Chief Administration and Integration Officer, Tony prioritizes efficiency in policies, execution of core values and division performance as Forward Solutions continues its expansive growth.

Paul Dennis CIO

Paul’s 25 years of experience as a successful business and sales executive led him to build out a CRM system for a consortium of agencies that eventually merged with Avision. In his role as the CIO, Paul led the technology integration of multiple Forward Solutions acquisitions and the development of SaleSpark™, a sales and revenue enablement software launching in 2023 for OneSolution, Avision, and Curate.

Over the last 3 decades, John Shoffner delivered value for manufacturers, distributors, and end users in the facility supply channel. Strong relationships developed over the years allowing him to connect people with the information, resources, and solutions they need to succeed. As the President of Avision, John provides leadership, focus, and alignment for the organization to drive value for customers and the industry.

Billy Moore President of OneSolution

Billy brings more than 35 years of experience in sales, business partner management, and team leadership to the organization. As the President of OneSolution, he is responsible for developing partner relationships, growing sales, and accelerating marketing. He leverages business strategy, sales coaching, and technology to successfully meet the goals of the business while navigating supply chain fluctuation and supporting customers and partners.
